Duncan Armstrong relocated his practice to Max Law Firm in 2004 when he joined the firm as an associate. Duncan’s primary practice areas include general civil litigation, corporate/commercial litigation, insurance litigation, personal injury, collections, aboriginal law and child protection law. Duncan represents individuals and corporate/institutional clients on both the plaintiff and defendant side of litigation. He has represented his clients in front of various administrative tribunals and has appeared at all levels of court.
He volunteers his time as a student advisor for Pro Bono Students Canada and he is a board member of Status 4 which is a charitable non-profit organization that provides accessible music and media programs for youth, providing inspiration and opportunity to help youth experience the gift of music and the arts. In his spare time, Duncan also enjoys spending time with his family, reading, travelling and playing hockey, golf and softball.
